If your product is in the "premium" (North Face, Salomon, etc.) or "luxury" category (Bogler, Moncler, etc.), it is important to check the relevant box as it requires delicate cleaning.

For additional tailoring services besides dry cleaning, ironing, and stain removal, you can select the "Tailor" option.

If there are stains requiring special cleaning agents such as blood, ink, oil, grass, wine, etc., you must check the relevant box.

If you request Dry Service, for a fee, we can record the entire process for your product and direct you to the insurance agency we work with for insurance purposes.
