If your product is in the "premium" (Massimo Dutti, etc.) or "luxury" category (Loro Piana, etc.), it is important to check the relevant box as it requires delicate cleaning.

For additional tailoring services besides dry cleaning, ironing, and stain removal, you can select the "Tailor" option.

If there are stains such as blood, ink, oil, grass, wine, etc., requiring the use of special cleaning agents, you must check the relevant box.
