If your product is in the "premium" (Massimo Dutti, etc.) or "luxury" category (Loro Piana, etc.), it is important to check the relevant box as it requires delicate cleaning.

If there are stains such as blood, ink, oil, grass, wine, etc., requiring the use of special cleaning agents, you must check the relevant box.

If you request Dry Service, we can record the entire process for your product for a fee and direct you to the insurance agency we work with for insurance purposes.
